- Data summary- Dashboard out. Dip in ELA and math. Hopeful with new math and ELA curriculum we will see improvement in years to come
- Positions 2025-2026
- Will have a full-time Intervention teacher paid for with different funds
- IA’s one will be decreased to 50%. Paraeducators will remain.
- Good news- Entitled to 7 positions, can have 4. By seniority.

- Overview of what SCC- SIPSA, student achievement
- Next meeting dates: Mondays 2/9, 4/8, 6/1
- Face is asking each site to have a FACE GOAL for the year.
- We filled out the face reflection as a site. Mostly emerging and growing. No thriving.
- Can we get a scis back? Data on talking points.
- We would like to get data on how many families are reading
Talking Points, Emails, etc.
Next Meeting February 9, 2026.
Hady will send the Safety Plan in December for SSC members to review.

- No Scis next year, keeping IAs.
- No ELO funds, but we have LCFF- $60,000
Discussion:
- SPSA
- Increased attendance- recognized and received $1,000
- Discussed suspension rates/demographics
- Possible preventative measure: MS mentorship program, continue to increase attendance
- Communicate to teachers that they need to let parents know to communicate
- Discussed each aspect of SPSA, causes, and added a few ways to improve to each plan
- Agreed on changes.

- No SCIS next year, keeping IAs

- Sharing CAASPP Testing results over the last 3 years through Unified Insights
- Looked at different demographics. At-risk populations performed lower
- Sharing iready scores
- From Fall to Winter 2024, AA students made some progress
- Fall to Fall 23-24, Latino student performance stayed relatively similar
- Winter to Winter 2024 Whole School.
- To address the assessment scores, we:
- Hired an additional ELD teacher
- Piloting new curriculum to address ELA performance concerns.
- We have roughly $50,000 of LCFF funds
- 2024-25 we used LCFF- Mission Oaks, Reflex, Amplify Boost, SAYS, EL achieve
- PTA-Amplify booster, Mystery Science
- Questions: How will we address these gaps that we are seeing?
